We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be a daunting experience, especially in the midst of a pandemic! To help make your first experience with Glen Ellyn Bible Church great, we’ve created this page to help explain some things that we think are important for your first time with us. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We're Glad You're Here

Glen Ellyn Bible Church is a place for people just like you, your friends and your family. We are here to help you in any way we can. We make this offer because the God we worship and serve cares about people. He cares about you. From the worship services (we have outdoor, indoor, and online services) to the Sunday-school classes (for all ages) to student groups and small groups—everything we do is to help people walk the journey of life. Presently, when you combine our outdoor, indoor and online services, about 800 attend Sunday worship.

Approximately 200 junior and senior high students count GEBC as their church home. The children’s ministry serves over 200 kids. Browse our site. Learn more about us. Give us the opportunity to build a bridge to you and for you. In the process, we are confident that God will help bring about the changes you long for in your life.

What to Expect

Modern Worship: We love music at GEBC! You can expect to sing modern worship songs with a few hymns thrown in every once and a while.

Biblically Based Teaching: Our teaching time is centered around the Bible. We open God's word and apply it to our lives.

Casual Dress: Come as you are! There are no expectations for anyone to look a certain way, all are welcome!

Where Do My Kids Go?

We offer outdoor COVID-Safe Sunday school for children ages 4yrs old to 5th grade. Capacity is limited to 36 kids. You can register your children here, as a part of the Sunday morning registration process.

We are currently not offering any indoor children's ministry or nursey at this time.

On Sundays we offer an outdoor worship and teaching experience call "Sunday Night Live" it takes place in our parking lot. We also have student small groups that meet on Wednesday night in backyards throughout the community. For more information about our Student Ministry. CLICK HERE.
