BACKYARD BIBLE CLUBS UPDATE
THANK YOU to the 90 volunteers who have served at one of our Backyard Bible Clubs this summer. Do you know that we have reached 275 kids with the gospel of Jesus Christ? Of these 275 kids, 96 have come forward to say they want to be a Christ-follower. Praise God for all of these children who heard the good news!
KICK-OFF SUNDAY!
Sunday, September 12
We are so excited to begin our 2010-2011 ministry year in Children's Ministries!
In Nursery, all children 3 years old by September 1, 2010 will graduate to the Preschool wing. Children 2 years old by 9/1/10 will move to Nursery 4.
and the volunteer nursery schedule begins its monthly rotation for the ministry year. Preschool through 5th Grade, full programming will start for all three services. Kids will find their new classrooms and meet their new teachers for the year .
Praise God for all the wonderful leaders who will be serving our children this year. Parents, please take the time to get to know your child's teachers and pray for them regularly throughout the year.
MOMS FIRST
Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Moms First provides a weekly opportunity for first-time moms with young babies (under 1 year) to connect with other moms, learn the latest regarding baby and mom care and get questions answered. Weekly meetings will begin Wednesday, September 8.

ROUTE 45 GAME NITE
Friday, September 17, 7:00-8:30 p.m.
All 4th and 5th graders and their friends are invited to join us for the first Game Nite of the year! Game Nites are an awesome time for 4th & 5th grade kids to play games and hang out at church with their friends. It's Silly Hat Nite so guess what you should have on your head? Game Nites are FREE, but bring a few dollars for the Snack Shop. Questions? Parents interested in having some fun too? Contact Jennifer.
KIDS’ BAPTISM CLASS
Thursdays, Sept. 23-Oct. 14, 4:15-5:30 p.m
The fall baptism class is for kids interested in being baptized on October 31. This class will help kids understand what baptism means and help them decide whether or not they are ready to take this next step. Recommended age is 3rd-5th grade. For more information or to sign your child up, contact Kristen or Jennifer.
