PREPARE FOR MARRIAGE
6 weeks - January 29; February 5, 12, 19, 26; March 4
If you are planning to get married in 2012, this class is for you! Led by Randy and Christina Walker (our Restoring Pastor) this 6 week class will give engaged (or planning to be engaged) couples skills and tools to have a stronger marriage. Couples who have participated in this program before have reported improved communication and conflict resolution skills, higher marital satisfaction, and a lower divorce rate after 5 years of marriage. QUEST FOR AUTHENTIC MANHOOD

What does it mean to be an authentic man, as modeled by Christ? Join us this fall as we work to clearly define manhood, address barriers that keep us from becoming the men God is calling us to be, and develop an action plan for living more courageously. This year we’ll be talking about Laundry: Everyone has to do it because our clothes are forever getting dirty! For some of us the piles of dirty laundry never seem to end. It’s a routine we often do without thinking. But did you know that washing our clothes is a symbol of something spiritual? Throughout Scripture, God talks about washing–over 130 times! See what He has to say about this mundane task. We think you’ll never do laundry the same way again. Cost for 2/room is $170, and we’ll be returning to USML Retreat Center in Mundelein.
