Beth is the director of El Camino Academy, a bilingual, interdenominational, international Christian pre-K through 12th grade school with over 250 students. About half the families are involved in full-time ministry, while the majority of the other families are lay leaders in their churches. The student population is about 60% Colombian, 20% American and the remaining 20% from Korea, Europe, and other Latin American countries. Rafa is the director of Fundacion Internacional Maranata (Maranatha International Foundation) which is an organization focused on impacting Colombia with God's message of hope by bringing in special speakers, organizing special events and supporting other on-going outreaches to the needy. Two current projects include the construction of low-cost housing and a daycare center. Rafa and Beth have two teens (Rodrigo and Viviana). Beth grew up at GEBC.
