In order to accomplish this programming variety, each of us will be asked to identify our current stage of spiritual maturity in each of the six initiatives and then select a course of action that best matches our maturity level. The names we are using to identify the three different stages of maturity are:

• Apprentice
  One who needs an explanation and example, and is ready to try something new.
• Journeyman
  One who needs practice and perseverance, and is ready to grow in discipline.
• Master
  One who is ready to lead and train others, and is looking for an opportunity to reproduce.

We will describe these levels in greater detail as we make our way through each of the six initiatives. Having this type of language to describe spiritual maturity will help us assess ourselves, as well as talk about pracitcal ways to grow.
