GEBC is looking for a woman who is a compassionate leader, who is gifted as a shepherd and has experience leading ministry programs.  We need someone who can provide congregational care through one-on-one counseling, recruiting and equipping lay counselors and spiritual mentors, as well as oversee small groups and women’s ministries programming.  If you have a proven track record recruiting, equipping and encouraging lay leaders, then we'd like to speak with you.
