Rt. 45 for 4th and 5th Graders

8:30 / 11:10 a.m. service hour

This Spring, the Rt. 45 kids are learning about Jesus’ life, death and resurrection. The kids are also growing in their understanding of Thankfulness as they dig through various passages in Genesis. The Rt. 45 Leaders at both hours have worked with this age group for many years and are very gifted at teaching bible stories to kids and helping them to apply the Bible in practical ways. Kids also have an opportunity to participate in the memory verse program (m.v.p.).

9:50 a.m. service hour

The 4th and 5th graders will journey through the year learning how God relates to them, how they can relate to God and how to relate to each other. They will travel through the power of prayer and learn to stand firm in their faith. Kids also have an opportunity to participate in the memory verse program (m.v.p.).

In the spring we offer our optional sex-education course, "Created By God", studying the book "How You Are Changing" by Jane Graver.
