special events

Special events throughout the year give kids and families an opportunity to hang out together and invite friends to church!  Special events include a Christmas party, Cookie Craze, Good Friday brunch and Fun Fair.

route 45 game night

(4th and 5th graders) This special night one Friday a month is for 4th and 5th graders only! Bring your friends for a night of games, activities and snacks! Route 45 also hosts a special winter retreat at Timberlee Christian Center.

Sports Ministry

We host two winter sports clinics at GEBC. We are also a church host for Glen Ellyn Victory Camps in the summer along with sponsoring a camp for kids at the Glen Ellyn Resource Center.

backyard bible clubs

Our summer VBS program enters YOUR neighborhood! Multiple Backyard Bible Clubs are held at GEBC families’ homes throughout Glen Ellyn and Wheaton. They are week long bible clubs that reach out to the neighborhood and are a great service opportunity for kids and adults.
